Just looking- Max After Dark on a Friday night.
What it makes me think – If you’re Gen X, you’ll remember the late-night Cinemax fare, and you’ll remember the lighting. There are echoes of it in this cover. Takes me back to good times. The sans serif font is excellent, and I like the texture. Everything is uniform here and speaks to a paranormal-romance audience. I think it is a well-designed cover.
Would I buy it? No. I’m usually looking for action, sci-fi, spy-thriller, or vampires from a book cover. I would need a hint of one of those. You, however, might have a different take. If you’re interested, you can find it here.
